Meditation Classes – One to One or in Groups

Guided meditation sessions are available one to one, online or face to face at The Little Escape – also for group events.

Using Eastern and Western  methods of relaxation, mindfulness and meditation to help you increase:

Learn to use your mind in a creative way to have more control of your thoughts, your emotions and be fully present within your body.   You will experience different methods to make your meditation practise:

Through mindful creative breathing, visualisation, intention, focus and self acceptance you will heal, balance and feel whole again.
