WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A REMOTE HEALING?
We begin with a consultation on the phone or by email before the session begins and we establish the healing intention for your session. I will ask you a number of questions to bring clarity and focus to the healing
For your session you will be sitting or laying in a comfortable warm space. As the session begins I will help you settle into your space with a simple visualisation. Once settled I will tune out of whats up or zoom and begin the remote healing. I tune into your energy field and make a connection. I will scan your energy field to see where you need balance and healing. I channel healing light and reiki to your energy field and chakras tuning in to realign, clear and rebalance where they need most.
I channel angelic and spiritual guides to support and flow the healing energy for your highest good via your higher self. I will use tarot and guidance oracle cards during the session to bring clarity and deeper understanding to an area of your life. For your part you just relax and receive the healing light. You may feel tingly sensations in your body, have colours or images come to mind. You may notice you need to move your body in a particual way as areas unblock and greater light flows. You may notice a change in your breathing or a change in how your body feels. You may even have a realization or clarity over a particular issue in your life that has been eluding you. The experience is unique for each person, but generally everyone feels a positive healing change afterwards and deeper clarity and understanding. It’s a very supportive healing for times of change and uncertainty and for emotional and spiritual peace and healing.
