max meditation Every-one can meditate,  with the help of guidance and practise. Max Meditation is a simple, easy to follow and powerful system of meditation.  It will help you to let go of tension, relax your body and calm your mind.

It is guided throughout in 5 stages to help you reach a profound state of relaxation, calm and peace.  Learn correct breathing, deep-body relaxation, mindfulness, active meditation and visualisation. Bring your awareness to the here and now and begin your day feeling lighter, calmer and a positive perspective for the week ahead.
