max meditation Every-one can meditate,  with the help of guidance and practise. Max Meditation is a simple, easy to follow system of guided meditation to relax your body, breath with awareness,  calm your mind, let go of thoughts and go deep within yourself where true inner guidance resides.

It is guided throughout in 5 stages to help you reach a profound state of relaxation, calm and peace.  Be more aware of your breath, body relaxation, mindfulness, and visualisation. Feel how it is to be more present in the moment begin your day lighter, peaceful and refreshed for the week ahead.
